Letterhead, logo and signature fonts have a variety of uses and they save considerable hard drive and
file space.  Managing your documents is EASY, if you use custom fonts! Put an end to keeping track of
which graphics files you used, and where you stored them. They can live in your custom font, and are
always accessible through your software’s FONT MENU! High volume printing needs signature and
letterhead fonts!
Cut your stationery needs or never pay for stationery again, for the approximate cost of one stationery
order!  Have a professionally signed letter go out of your office while you are out or unable to sign.
Most payroll  software systems will accept signature and logo fonts that print on blank check stock,
providing faster printing with a clear and genuine looking result!

Frequently used symbols and illustrations can also be rendered into a font, keeping your files light,
and hard drive space free from graphics file clutter. Technical manuals benefit greatly in file size and
clarity whether they are intended for print or screen viewing.

Documents will print faster and clearer than ever. You'll have the convenience of  embedding your
custom fonts in MS Word or PDF files for the clearest possible printing and viewing.

Clients and associates will be impressed with the fine appearance and great power of your small files!

Custom fonts set you up for maximum results in productivity and highly efficient computer generated
digital documents.  Join organizations like the NFL, Louisiana State University-Tiger Athletics,
Etienne Agnier, Fastenal Corp., Brother Corp., Gorman Rupp, Inc., MICR Tech, Inc., U.S. Agency for
International Development, U.S. Dept. of Labor, your Congress men and women, Pepsi, and
thousands of other individuals and companies who've found the custom logo, letterhead and signature
font-way to save time and money in office document automation.

One of my letterheads shown here is typed in two keystrokes, one for blue, and one for  the black text.
I can set up a MS Word template and use it every time I start a new letter or document quickly and
efficiently. It is good to go for printing or emailing as a .pdf or Word document attachment. As you can
see, having to convert it to a graphics file to use on a web page has affected clarity.

FAQ: Do my custom fonts embed in email software or web site software?
A:  Not to my knowledge. Email and Web Site software to date do not have that capability.
We font developers encourage software developers to make this possible one day!
